Traffic Study

The City Council has approved a traffic study to take place at the N 143rd and Bailie Street and also the N 145th and Bailie Street intersections, which will tentatively take place on January 18 (set up starting January 17). Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program

The City of Waverly been awarded funding through the Nebraska Department of Economic  Development (NDED) to establish an Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program. Eligible homeowners may receive assistance to make structural, mechanical, electrical, weatherization, and plumbing improvements to their homes. Very low income households will qualify 100% conditional grant that will be forgiven . . .

Introducing iWorQ software!

The City of Waverly is rolling out iWorQ, a community development and public works software solution designed to streamline the process of submitting building permits and resident complaints/code violations. It will help the City in organization of these and ease of the stream of paperwork, as we get a lot of these on a daily basis.
