Wastewater Operator Ray Estes has been employed with the City of Waverly, Nebraska since May 19, 2014. You may have seen Ray driving around town in a white City of Waverly Public Works truck but he can usually be found at the Wastewater Treatment Facility making sure everything is running smoothly. Ray started with the City employed in the streets department and has actually poured concrete all around the City, repairing the streets. Ray then moved to the lead role in the Wasterwater Management department in June 2018. He takes pride in his work and we know we can always count on him on a daily basis and for after-hours emergencies. Ray has been a valuable asset and we thank you, Ray, for your many great years with the City of Waverly!
