Pet Licensing Requirements - City of Waverly

All dogs and cats within Waverly city limits must be licensed through the City Office 14130 Lancashire St. New pets must be license within 30 days. Pet renewals between January 1-January 31. 

Annual Renewal:
Licenses are due by January 31 each year.
A $10 late fee applies to any license issued after January 31.
No in-person early registrations accepted for 2025. 
 

Rabies Vaccination Required:
Pets over 6 mos old must have current rabies vaccination documentation at the time of licensing.
 

Household Limits:
A maximum of 3 dogs and/or 3 cats is allowed per household.
