Dog Licensing
The City of Waverly requires the issuing of a dog license to a person owning, harboring, or keeping a dog within 30 days of acquisition , and requires vaccination of such animal aver 6 months of age. Licenses are due on an annual basis each January 1. Licenses will not be issued/renewed without a copy of current rabies vaccination. Licenses must be renewed each year by January 31. Dog licenses received after January 31 will receive a $5 late fee. The City of Waverly allows no more than 3 dogs per household.

Male Dog $20.00
Neutered Male Dog $10.00
Female Dog $20.00
Spayed Female Dog $10.00
Cat Licensing
The City of Waverly requires the issuing of a cat license to a person owning, harboring, or keeping a cat within 30 days of acquisition, and requires vaccination of such animal aver 4 months of age. Licenses are due on an annual basis each January 1. Licenses will not be issued/renewed without a copy of current rabies vaccination. Licenses must be renewed each year by January 31. Cat licenses received after January 31 will receive a $5 late fee. The City of Waverly allows no more than 3 cats per household.
