Below are things to take care of when moving to Waverly:

Utilities: Water & Sewer
The City of Waverly handles your water & sewer billing. Click HERE to set up water & sewer through the city, stop in the City Office 14130 Lancashire M-F 8am-4:30pm, or email the utility clerk

Alternate Watering Schedule
Please note the watering schedule for all Waverly Residents. Addresses ending in ODD numbers (1,3,5,7,9) - Tuesdays & Saturdays. Addresses ending in EVEN numbers (0,2,4,6,8) - Wednesdays & Sundays. NO watering is allowed on Mondays, Thursdays, & Fridays. NO watering between the hours of 10am-4pm on any day. Please note there are fines associated with violations to the watering schedule. Pets
Please license your pets within 30 days of moving to Waverly or after adding your pet to your household. No more than 3 cats and 3 dogs are allowed per household. Golf Carts/ATV/UTV
Golf Carts, ATV, & UTVs are allowed on city streets if meeting licensing requirements. All vehicles must be licensed at the City Office before driving on the streets within city limits.
