Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment meets yearly (at minimum) and as needed, date and time TBD, in the Community Meeting Hall in the City Office Building located at 14130 Lancashire Street. All Variance Requests and appeals come before the Board of Adjustment for approval. They also review Board of Adjustment Regulations and State Statutes (Neb. RS 19-901 through 19-914). (3 year term, 5 regular members including 1 member from Planning Commission, plus 1 alternate member for when regular members are unable to attend)
