The City of Waverly does its best to make sure that the city has plenty of open parks and available recreation areas. The city has three parks, the largest being Wayne Park. There are basketball courts, tennis courts, shelters for picnicking, and plenty of playground equipment for children. Also located at Wayne park, you will find the city swimming pool
